KRMC awarded contract with SNOLAB

KRMC is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract for risk assessment work at the prestigious and award winning SNOLAB research facility.

SNOLAB is an underground science laboratory located two km below the surface in the Vale Creighton Mine located near Sudbury, Ontario, Canada

KRMC invited speaker at 2015 Canadian Biosafety Symposium

KRMC was invited again to speak at the 2015 Biosafety Symposium in Calgary, June 3-4, 2015.  This is the second year in a row, that KRMC Inc. has been invited to speak at this national conference.

Dr. Mireille Cartier, our Biosafety Specialist delivered her talk on Human Pathogens and Toxins Act and Regulations and Program Management.

KRMC choosen as provider for Class 7 TDG and Laser Safety Workshops – Winnipeg May 2015

KRMC has been choosen to provide the training for the Canadian Radiation Protection Association annual post conference Technical Workshops for two workshops:

 

a)  Class 7 TDG Workshop Friday May 15, 2015 (4 hour course)

Workshop on Security of Radioactive Sources

KRMC Inc will be represented at the Workshop on Security of Radioactive Sources (Medical Applications) taking place Dec 10-11, 2013 in Amman Jordan.

Jodi Ploquin, KRMC Medical Health Physicist was invited by Dept of Foreign Affairs to participate in this international workshop. 

This is Jodi’s second time participating at international stage for nuclear security.  She previously was an invited speaker as part of the delegation representing Team Canada to a similar workshop in Mexico City this past August.  The workshop is being sponsored by the World Institute for Nuclear Security.
